Mon frère vivant à Varsovie, m'a beaucoup aidé pour trouver un logement car il a directement demandé à ses collègues de travail de plus il savait bien faire la différence entre les quartiers à éviter et les bonnes affaires.
Cependant, de mon côté je me suis ajoutée au groupe d'étudiants de l'université de Varsovie sur Facebook. Dans ce groupe il y a beaucoup d'étudiants étrangers qui cherchent des colocataires ou des appartement et les étudiants polonais qui souhaitent louer leur appartement publient des annonces.

Nous avons alors visité deux chambres à louer dès mon arrivée,
La première chambre était immense mais l appartement était sombre,vieux et endommagé par endroits.
Le problème aussi c'est qu'il n'y avait q'un canapé lit déjà bien usé par le temps, il n'y avait pas de salle de bain juste un toilette et une douche collée derrière une porte.. De plus la propriétaire ne souhaitait aucun contrat, aucune déclaration , ce qui n est pas très rassurant de prime abord.
C'est assez surprenant lorsque c'est la première fois qu'on entre dans un appartement vieux, sale et très mal aménagé quand on est habitué à son petit confort de la vie lyonnaise.
Le lendemain nous avons visité une autre chambre située à 6 minute à pieds de mon entreprise d'accueil ce qui fut un très grand atout pour ce logement.
L'immeuble est ancien et la première chose que je n'avais jamais vu fut l'ascenseur dont les portes se ferment manuellement et si on ne le ferme pas correctement l ascenseur est bloqué.
Nous sommes ensuite arrivés dans un petit appartement muni de trois chambres l'une d'entre elle est déjà occupée par une fille polonaise de 25 ans au look vintage qui parle parfaitement anglais, la chambre pour laquelle je suis venue est très lumineuse avec un grand lit et énormément de rangements, chose très importante!
La chambre est très propre et tout le mobilier presque neuf.
La propriétaire avait l'air très sympathique, je n'ai malheureusement pas pu communiquer avec elle car elle ne parle pas et ne comprend pas l'anglais.
Je me suis tout de suite sentie à l'aise dans cette chambre ainsi que dans cet appartement.
Le lendemain nous avons donc prit rendez vous avec la propriétaire afin de signer le contrat.
Je suis très heureuse de se logement ma colocataire, Patrizia est vraiment gentille et intéressante, elle a étudié l'histoire de la langue polonaise ainsi que l'art, nous discutons beaucoup et elle m'apprend pleins de chose sur le cinéma, l'architecture des bâtiments, etc...
Je n'ai pas un bon anglais au niveau des structures de phrases, cependant elle m'a dit que j'avais un bon accent et que du coup même si je fais des fautes elle comprend ce que je lui dit.
Elle m' a raconté comme quoi elle avait eue une colocataire française qui avait un très bon niveau d'anglais cependant elle ne comprenait rien ou presque à ce qu'elle disait à cause de son accent trop français.
Patrizia avait parfois l impression d'entendre du français et non de l'anglais, c est pourquoi il ne faut pas se priver de parler même si on sait qu'on fait des fautes!
Ceci est un petit conseil pour tous les timides pas trop sûr d'eux, il faut parler au maximum c'est comme ça que les fautes s'atténueront.

Then we visited two rooms for rent on my arrival,
The first room was huge but the apartment was dark, old and damaged in places.
The problem is also that there was sofa bed already well worn by time, there was no bathroom just a toilet and a shower stuck behind a door.. In addition, the owner did not want no contract , no declaration , which is not very reassuring at first.
This is quite surprising when it is the first time you enter an old , dirty and poorly furnished apartment when one is accustomed to his little comforts life in Lyon .
The next day we visited another room at 6 minutes by step from SpenglerFox, which was a really great things .
The building is old and the first thing I had ever seen was that the elevator doors close manually if you do not close properly the elevator is stuck .
We arrived in a small apartment with three bedrooms one of them is already occupied by a 25 year old polish girl with a vintage look that speaks perfect English, the room for which I came is very bright with a big bed and lots of storage, very important thing !
The room is very clean and all the furniture almost new.
The owner seemed very friendly, I have unfortunately not been able to communicate with her because she does not speak and do not understand English .
I immediately felt comfortable in this room and in this flat.
So the next day we took an appointment with the owner to sign the contract.
I am very happy to be home my roommate, Patrizia, is really nice and interesting, she studied the history of Polish language and Art, we talk a lot and she tells me a lot of thing about the film, the architecture of buildings, etc ...
I'm not good at English sentence structures, however she told me that I had a good accent and even if I make mistakes she understands what I told her.
She told me that she had a French roommate who had a very good level of English , however, she understood little or nothing to what she was saying because of his French accent too much present.
Patrizia sometimes had the impression of hearing the French and not English, it why we should talk even if we know we made mistakes !
This is a tip for all shy not too sure about themselves, we must speak up this is how mistakes will diminish.
